Booking Conditions:
The property is available from 3pm on the arrival date and is to be vacated by 11am on the departure date (unless for a winter weekend break where it is available from 3pm on the Friday and must be vacated by 4pm on the Monday).
The completed booking form should be sent to the owner with a non-refundable deposit of one third of the rent.Confirmation of the booking, a deposit receipt and
a due date for the balance will be sent to you by return.Please note that non-payment of the balance by the due date can result in loss of booking and deposit.
The hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils etc must be left clean and the property must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period. All damage is the legal responsibility of the hirer and their cost shall be refundable on demand. All damage should be reported prior to departure. However, minor damage or breakage will not normally be charged.
The owner reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking. If this right is exercised, the owner shall be under no liability to the occupier or their party, save to refund any monies paid for the hire of the cottage.
