The salt marshes

Walk in one direction you arrive at the beach, the other takes you to the salt marshes. They are full of bird life and in the summer the purple sea lavender gives them a beautiful glow. You can walk from the cottage by the side of the salt marshes on the North Norfolk Coastal Path in the direction of Stiffkey where there is a pub which does good food.
